Self-Service Password Reset

 

Use this guide to reset your password when you cannot access your Self-Service account.

 

How to Reset Your Password

1. Visit the main page of Self-service.
2. On the bottom of the window, click on the "Forgot your... password" option.
3. Read the instructions.
4. Fill in the form and click "Submit".
5. If your submission is successful, a "password reset" message will be sent to the email address you entered in the form.
