We have limited ability to respond to student inquiries so it may take time. However, our Admissions & Records COVID-19 FAQ is available for you here to answer some of your questions. We will respond to emails as soon as we can, which may be 3-5 business days. We thank you for your patience.
Apply for admissions if:
- You have never been a student at Grossmont or Cuyamaca College.
- You have not been in attendance at either college for at least two consecutive semesters.
- You submitted an application for a future semester and wish to attend a current one.
Speak with an Outreach Ambassador or counselor to help you apply for admission, register for classes and more. Drop-in Zoom meetings available daily!Ask on Zoom
You do not need to apply for multiple terms. Your application is valid for one academic year. (e.g. if you applied for Fall 2019, you do not need to apply for Spring 2020). If you previously applied through CCCApply, you will need to create a new user name and password for Open CCC Apply. Your old user name and password will not be valid in the new system.

Social Security Number: Social Security numbers are no longer being used as student ID numbers. Students will be assigned a unique 7-digit ID number. However, Social Security numbers are still important and required for Hope and Lifelong learning (1098T) tax form, Financial Aid and California Promise Grant (formerly known as Board of Governor Fee Waiver [BOGW]) transactions.
