How do I ask a Counselor a quick question?

Our Transfer Center Counselors are here to help.  If you have a quick question, here's what you can do:

  • Please submit your question via e-Counseling.  Please note e-Counseling* response time will depend on the number of questions in the queue.
  • Or you may email* us at grossmont.transfer@gcccd.edu.  Include your name, ID# and phone number and the question you would like a counselor to address.
  • Depending on the question you have, you may be referred to make an appointment with a counselor.

How do I schedule an appointment with a Counselor?

Our Transfer Center Counselors are available for appointments.  Transfer Counseling appointments can be made for transfer planning, comprehensive ed plans for transfer to a university, university admission appeals, and more--we want to answer your questions!

The Grossmont College Transfer Center provides assistance for students preparing to transfer from Grossmont to a 4-year university.
