Students with hearing loss including Deaf, deaf, hard-of-hearing, and Deaf-Blind may qualify for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting, real-time captioning (RTC), or assistive listening device (ALD) accommodations.

 

All accommodations must be authorized by an A.R.C. Counselor/Specialist before services can be coordinated.

 

New students must apply to the A.R.C.


Authorized for ASL Interpreting or Real-Time Captioning Services?

To request services for classes, authorized students must complete the 

Request ASL Interpreter & Real Time Captioning (Classroom) form after registering for new classes or as soon as possible, each semester.

 

To request services for an academic activity outside of the classroom, complete the Request ASL Interpreter & Real Time Captioning (Academic Activity) form.
