Testing Center

The A.R.C. Testing Center monitors/proctors exams (i.e. quizzes, tests, midterms, finals, etc.) for students with authorized exam accommodations. Students must request their accommodation(s) and schedule their exams with the Testing Center to ensure timely access to authorized exam accommodations.

Common exam accommodations include (but are not limited to):

  • Extended Exam Time
  • Distraction Reduced Setting
  • Assistive Technology
  • Accessible Formats

Using Authorized Exam Accommodations

Every semester, complete and submit a Request Testing Accommodation form.

The A.R.C. Testing Center will receive and process your request form. They will create testing accommodation paperwork, which they will e-mail to each of your instructors on your behalf. Once this process is complete, the Testing Center will send you a confirmation e-mail, which will indicate that you can start scheduling your exams with the Testing Center.

Scheduling Exams

In order to access your exam accommodations, you must schedule your exams (i.e. quizzes, tests, midterms, finals, etc.) with the A.R.C. Testing Center for test monitoring/proctoring.

Tests and quizzes must be scheduled a minimum of ONE week in advance. Finals must be scheduled starting ONE month in advance.
