Library Login Help
Currently enrolled Grossmont students can access the library's online material from off-campus. Fill in your Grossmont College Microsoft Office 365 login credentials.
Username: firstname.lastname@gcccd.edu
Password: 6-digit birthday (until it has been changed)

Still having problems?
- Have you been at Grossmont College for more than about 6 months?
- Students need to reset their password about every 6 months.
- You can reset your library password by accessing your student email because they are linked. How to access your student email.
- Do you have numbers at the end of your Canvas login?
- Include the numbers after your name.
- Example: firstname.lastname12345@gcccd.edu
- Did you truncate your username to the first 20 characters?
- Usernames no longer stop after the 20th character. Please include the entire username no matter the length.
- Di you change your Self-Service or Canvas password?
- Still use your 6-digit birthday or new email password.
- Example: If your birthday is January 1, 2002, enter 010102
- Did you change your Grossmont College Microsoft password (Word, Excel, Outlook)?
- If so, use this new password.
- Are you enrolled at Cuyamaca College not Grossmont College?
- If so, please visit the Cuyamaca College Library.
