You are invited to our virtual Spring Convocation – Care, Connections, Collective Impact 2.0 – on Monday, January 24, at 9 a.m. as we kick off a new semester of serving our students. Our featured speaker will be Gloria Corral, president and chief executive officer at PIQE, a nonprofit that engages, empowers, and transforms families by providing the knowledge and skills to partner with schools and communities to ensure their students reach their full potential. This important Grossmont College community event also includes the latest developments related to the accreditation process, updates on our 60th anniversary celebration, various equity-related endeavors, and much more.
Welcome to Spring 2022 Flex Week! The Faculty Professional Development Committee with the support of the Office of Professional Development is happy to offer a week of opportunities for faculty and staff to participate and earn flex credit. All workshops will be offered remotely via Zoom. Please register for flex workshops, Division and Department meetings** using the Vision Resource Center calendar.

In an effort to continue the momentum towards establishing an anti-racist campus and becoming equity - advancing educators, the Office of Professional Development has partnered with Dr. Lasana Hotep to offer three dynamic workshops around becoming an equity minded educator. Join us as we commit to intentional professional learning experiences that are centered around advancing equity at Grossmont College!
