Hello. I’m Dawn Heuft and I am the Instructional Design Technology Specialist at Grossmont College. I have a B.S. degree in Web Design and Development with an emphasis in design and I am finishing up my Masters degree in Learning and Technology (October 2020.) I am particularly interested in user design and I love to find ways to make things easier and more intuitive for the end user. I completed my degrees online, which helped spark my interest in instructional design and learning management systems.
