Letter of Non-Attendance

 

A letter of non-attendance from Grossmont College verifies that a student does not have an academic record (transcript) at Grossmont College.

 

If you ever earned a grade at Grossmont College, including an F (fail) or W (withdraw), you should order your Official Transcript instead.

 

Like an official transcript, a letter of non-attendance should be sent directly from Grossmont College to the requesting institution by email or mail. It can also be hand delivered by the student in a sealed envelope.

 

In order to submit a letter on non-attendance request on-line, you will need to create a Dynamic Forms account.

Once the above information is received it may take up to 5 business days for a letter of non-attendance request to be completed.
