Grossmont College has partnered with Parchment Inc. to fulfill all official transcript orders. The first two orders from Parchment are free. Current and Former Students of Grossmont College can request their official transcript by clicking on the following link:
Former students who no longer have access to Self-Service can get a copy of their transcript from Parchment.
When Parchment asks where you want to send it, select "I'm sending to myself or another individual" and enter your personal email address (for an electronic copy) or your mailing address (for a paper copy).
Once you send a transcript from Parchment to your personal email address, or open the mailed envelope, it is no longer considered official.
Current students can download / print a copy of their unofficial transcript from Self-Service.
A: No, just skip that question the first time Parchment asks. The second time
select "I don't know" and enter your Social Security number instead.
A: The “Hold for Final Grade” option for your transcript becomes available in our
Parchment storefront at the beginning of Finals Week each semester.
Transcripts held for final grades are sent approximately 2-3 weeks after the end
of the term.
Current students are also encouraged to check their unofficial transcript in Self-
Service to see if grades are posted correctly before sending their official
transcript. Any information shown on the unofficial transcript will also show on
the official transcript.
A: The “Hold for Degree Posting” option for your transcript becomes available in
our Parchment storefront at the beginning of Finals Week each semester.
Transcripts held for degrees to be posted are sent approximately 4 weeks after
the end of the term.
Recently graduated students are also encouraged to check their unofficial
transcript in Self-Service to see if degrees are posted correctly before sending
their official transcript. Any degrees shown on the unofficial transcript will also
show on the official transcript.

To obtain the syllabus for a course you attended, please contact the Professor
or the Department.
