• Cancellations: Please notify us of cancellations 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in restriction of future services.
• Hyflex/Streaming: View available Hyflex spaces here. IMS cannot accommodate Hyflex/streaming in rooms outside of this list.
• Furniture/Maintenance/Electrical: Please contact Facilities (Grossmont.Maint.andOPS@gcccd.edu) and fill out a "Facilities Use Request" Form for any furniture setup and space reservation requests.
• PVAC: The Performing Arts Center has built in Audio/Video systems and is supported by Mark Russo. mark.russo@gcccd.edu
