Career Center- Mission & Objective

The Grossmont College Career Services Center mission in alignment with the college mission serves diverse students, alumni and beyond by creating accessible career pathways to degrees, certificates and jobs leading to social and economic mobility for our students. We work collaboratively to cultivate an equitable student centered learning environment.

Our object is to support students and alumni in academic and experiential learning programs to promote career and employment readiness, student learning, and student development. Within this context, the primary purpose of the Career Services Center is to assist prospective students, active students, and alumni in developing, evaluating, and implementing career, education, and employment exploration, decisions, and plans.
