Business makes the world go round.
The Associate Degree in University Studies with five areas of emphasis is intended
to accommodate the differing requirements of a wide variety of transfer institutions
and major options. Because admission and major preparation requirements vary at each
four-year transfer institution, courses used to complete this degree should be selected
with the assistance of a counselor.
Students who intend to transfer must complete a minimum of 37- 45 units of general education depending on the transfer pattern. This may result in more than 60 units for the associate degree. The completion of the University Studies Degree does not guarantee acceptance into either a baccalaureate major or a four-year institution.
| Major | Course | Class Title | Requirement | Units | Semester | GE Pattern | Options | Milestones |

Note: This is not an educational plan. Pathways for transfer to CSUs (California State Universities) can vary by institution. Students should meet with a Counselor to develop an individualized plan for your academic goal.
