What are the hours of operation and where are you located?
The Printing/Duplicating Deparment is open Monday - Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (6:50 pm - 7:00 pm Pick Up Only!).  On Fridays, we are open 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.  We are located in room 70-115, at the west side of the Learning Technology Resource Center.

2. Can I get copies in color?

Yes, we do copies as well as transparencies in color. We do request that you get your printing order signed off by your department Dean or Director. Because the color copiers are much slower than the black only copiers we ask that you drop off your job and return at a later time for pick up.


3. How do I order business cards?

For business cards, or any graphic design project (flyers, posters, etc.), please go to the Creative Services Webpage and fill out a project request form.  Your job will be prepared and sent to the Printing Department. After completion of your order you can pick it up in the Printing Department.


4. How do I order Grossmont College letterhead and envelopes?

Printing will be outsourcing all press work (letterhead & envelopes). Due to this change, all press work will be ordered once (1) every first week of the month and will approximately take 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be completed. Therefore, please plan accordingly to assure your order will be completed when needed.


5. What supplies are stocked in the Printing/Duplicating Department?

6. Can my student TA pick up my handouts or exams?

By filling out the proper form, your TA can pick up your handouts.  However, we request that you pick up your own exams.  Click here for the Statement of Release.


7. Is it less expensive to copy on both sides of a sheet?

Yes. In addition, your job is a smaller package and there may be some additional savings relating to bindery, such as stapling or folding.



Can I bring my job in on a flash drive, disk, or do you need a hard copy?
