Counseling

College can be stressful! Our goal is to support your personal, emotional, and social wellness so that you can achieve your academic goals. Many students find counseling to be helpful when struggling.

 

When to seek counseling:

Faculty

The Mental Health and Wellness center team offers classroom presentations to introduce your students to mental health resources available on campus.  During this 10-15 presentation, we also provide tips for managing stress, anxiety, and more.
