Virtual Appointments 

Virtual Appointments are 30-minute or 1-hour appointments with a counselor and are open for all students.

Virtual appointments use ZOOM, which is an interactive live meeting with a counselor. Please include the nature of your appointment in the “Comments” section.

- Comprehensive Educational Plan Appointments 

- Max Unit Financial Aid Petition Appointments     

 -Transfer/Graduation Planning

 

NOTE: You may login to our system anytime to check for available appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible. If appointments are filled, the following message will appear: "There are currently no available appointments." 

 

 

Virtual Drop-in

Virtual Drop-in is 10-15 minutes with a counselor via emailed zoom link (Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm)

- Quick questions, Transcripts can be pulled

- Academic Renewal Petitions

- Assessment Placement Results

- ESL Educational Plan

- Pass/No Pass

- Unit Overload Petition 

 

***Students seeking Overload Authorization, may do so within Email A Counselor. You will need to identify the course title, number of units and 4-digit section number. This will also need to be an OPEN section, as we cannot authorize overload onto a WAITLIST.  Please also include the number of units in which your are already enrolled. ***
