Overview:
Asking for help can be one of the greatest challenges we face as students and professionals. Often times, we’re unsure of what to ask, who to ask, and are unclear about what it is we truly need. Asking for help requires risk-taking which places us in the zone of discomfort. Exploring what lays within that zone of discomfort will allow for self-discovery and self-reflection, guiding us to identify and develop the language and tools to become successful in getting the help and the support that we need.

A great résumé is the key to landing job interviews. Participants will learn what it takes to build résumés employers will love. They will learn how to share about previous jobs, volunteer positions, and other life experiences. Participants will then have the opportunity to create a résumé.
