The Printing/Duplicating has created the following procedures to assist faculty and staff members. To assure in-house quality of reproductions in a timely manner we ask that you follow these nine basis guidelines.
|1.||When submitting more than one job, please write out a separate job ticket for each job.|
|2.||Pages must have margin of at least 1/2" on top, bottom, left and right for copying and binding purposes.|
|3.||All paste-ups must be fastened down on all sides, scotch taped.|
|4.||Since our equipment only has three paper trays, please try to hold your request to a total of three paper colors or less whenever possible. For example, front and back cover would be one color and the inside can be made up of two colors.|
|5.||When materials require photograph(s), please submit original photograph(s), not a copy of the photograph. If the original is not available submit the best quality copy for reproduction.|
|6.||All books new and revised must be submitted to Printing two months prior to the start of the new semester.|
|7.||All pages that are back to back in books must be paper clipped together and tagged with appropriate instructions.|
|8.||When using page numbers, all pages must be numbered sequentially.|
