A native to San Diego, I began my academic endeavors here at Grossmont then transferred to San Diego State
University where I earned the following credentials:
Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Cum Laude, with Distinction in the Major
Masters of Arts in Economics
Masters of Science in Business Administration
Graduate Certificate in Personal Financial Planning
I have been a faculty member at Grossmont since spring of 2008. I began teaching in
fall of 2006 and have worked at Cuyamaca, Palomar, Southwestern, and the University
of San Diego at various points. Currently I teach upper division classes at San Diego
State University in addition to lower division classes at Grossmont. Prior to teaching
I worked in restaurant management and real estate brokerage. I also actively serve
on the Advisory Board of the San Diego Center for Economic Education.
