We really want to help you.  When you call or email us, please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Colleague ID
  • Username
  • 6-digit date of birth
  • A brief description of the problem
When to seek outside help

Knowing who to call and when saves time and frustration.  The following is a last of tasks that are NOT supported by the help desk:
