We really want to help you. When you call or email us, please provide the following:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Colleague ID
- Username
- 6-digit date of birth
- A brief description of the problem
When to seek outside help
Knowing who to call and when saves time and frustration. The following is a last
of tasks that are NOT supported by the help desk:
- Resetting WebAdvisor passwords
- Troubleshooting your home computer
- Problems with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Resetting quizzes/tests in Canvas
