Enrollment Verification

 

Grossmont College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. All parties wishing to verify student enrollment or degree attainment are encouraged to contact the National Student Clearinghouse for expedited service.  

You can obtain an official Enrollment Verification Certificate at any time via the Clearinghouse Web site at: www.studentclearinghouse.org 

  1. Click on the Students tab near the top of the page. 
  2. Click on Verify Now under the Verifications heading, then follow the prompts. 
  3. Print or download your Enrollment Verification Certificate.

For other requests including non-attendance letters and forms requiring a registrar’s signature, please email grossmont.transcripts@gcccd.edu with the following information: 

  • Your full name, date of birth, and student ID. 
  • Attach the required form or explain in detail the nature of your request (exactly what you need verified). 
  • A delivery address. We can deliver to an email, fax, or mailing address of your choice. 

Once the above information is received it may take up to 5 business days for a verification request to be completed.
