Assessment Questionnaire

 

The Assessment Questionnaire (AQ) is available to Grossmont College students in Self-Service.

Self-Service is an online portal that provides students with access to the class schedule, grades, unofficial transcripts, orientation, the assessment questionnaire, placement results and more.

Step 1: Access the AQ

• Log into Self-Service

Step 2:  Access the Student Menu

• Click on the "Student" button (Launches student menu)

Step 3:  Launch the AQ

• Click "Assessment/Placement Questionnaire" link

Step 4:  Answer AQ

• Answer the questions
• Placement score is calculated
  
  (You may only take this once)
