Information we need

We really want to help you.  When you call or e-mail us, please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Student ID number
  • Username
  • 6-digit date of birth
  • A brief description of the problem
When to seek outside help

Knowing who to call and when ensures a timely resolution. The following is a list of tasks that are not supported by the help desk:

  • Resetting WebAdvisor passwords
  • Troubleshooting your home computer
  • Problems with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • Resetting quizzes/test in Canvas
  • Tutoring
