WebAdvisor Login

To access the WebAdvisor online registration system, you will need to know your login and password.

Your WebAdvisor username is as follows: firstname.lastname. An example would be: john.doe.

If your name is common and someone else has the same firstname/lastname combination as you, the system may automatically add a set of random digits to the end of your name. So your WebAdvisor username may be firstname.lastname plus a few numeric digits, for example: john.doe77263.

The very first time you login to your WebAdvisor account, your password is your birth date in six-digit format (MMDDYY). So if you had an April 24th, 1993 date of birth, your password would be 042493.

Example WebAdvisor 1st time ever login

username:     john.doe77623
password:     042493

You must change your WebAdvisor password after logging in for the first time, and it must satisfy the following conditions: it must be between 6 to 9 characters in length (no longer, no shorter), and it must contain both letters and at least one number. A good sample password that meets these conditions would be "bears12" - it is the right length and has both letters and digits. Most students' login issues are due to the fact that they've simply forgotten their password, so make sure to pick one you will remember and to write it down in a safe place somewhere just in case you forget.
