On this page, you'll find resources for instructional faculty designed by Grossmont College instructors, to help you explore the theme of food in your own discipline and craft your own assignments, lessons plans, and course projects. Resources will be added as they become available.

If you would like your own curricula included on this page, e-mail attachments to karl.sherlock@gcccd.edu or tate.hurvitz@gcccd.edu. Please provide the following at the time of submission:

  • your name and discipline (e.g., Tate Hurvitz, English)

  • course for which the curriculum was designed (e.g., ENGL 098)

  • indicate kind of curricular resource (e.g., "Lesson Plan")

  • a brief abstract or description (25 words or fewer) of the objectives, content, or theory
