• Fill out the the Interlibrary Loan Request Form to request articles.
• Requests for physical materials are currently suspended.

Calculators are available by request only.   

• Submit a Library Request Form to reserve a calculator. They are available on a first-submitted, first-served basis.
• Calculators are due June 7, 2021. 

Laptops  are available by request only.

• Submit a Library Request Form to reserve a laptop. They are available on a first-submitted, first-served basis.
• Chrombooks and laptops are due June 7, 2021. 
• Fill out the Laptop Waiver Form prior to picking up the laptop.

WiFi Hotspots are available by request only.

• Submit a Library Request Form to reserve a Hotspot. They are available on a first-submitted, first-served basis.
• Hotspots are due June 7, 2021. 

The Library has authorization to prep library materials for use in the spring. Since the Library and campus will remain closed, faculty & staff can request items to be picked up by appointment only.

 

For instructors wanting to give their students permission to use current Reserves materials:

• Be aware that the materials will be due on June 7, 2021
• Will be available to students on a first-requested, first-loaned basis
• Please email grossmont.libcirc@gcccd.edu to confirm your Reserves can be circulated for Spring 2021. If you have multiple Reserves Courses, include a list of your Course Codes and Course Names.

If instructors have new material, please fill out a new online Reserves Intake Form.

If Faculty and Staff wish to borrow any materials from the library, please complete and submit the Library Request Form.  Library staff will contact you via email to set up a time for pickup.
Items available for borrowing include:

• Audio recorders
• Books
• CDs/DVDs
• Reserves materials to use remotely
• WiFi Hotspots with free service
