Info for Department Chairs

  • The majority of evaluation packets will be delivered to your office after commencement of the 5th week of classes. Packets for 1st 8 week classes are delivered as soon as possible after census is run.
  • Please send a list of designated peers for all evaluees to the Faculty Evaluations Office and your dean's office. If a peer change is made, please make certain to forward that information on to the Faculty Evaluations Office.
  • Please have all student components for the spring 2018 semester returned before April 27, 2018.
  • If you are scheduled to be evaluated this semester your packets may be sent to your dean upon his/her request.

Peer forms are accessible on the DISTRICT FORMS DEPOT. Please make certain to use a current 9 point peer evaluation form.
