Certificates of Achievement and Gainful Employment

Grossmont College offers a range of certificate of achievement programs whose primary goal is to prepare students for employment in various occupations in California industry sectors. Students interested in developing proficiency in a career area may pursue a Certificate of Achievement, which requires the completion of 18 units or more.  Completion of a certificate of achievement program provides the student with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to seek employment in their chosen field of study.  Some professions may require state and/or federal certification for licensure exams in addition to the Certificate of Achievement.

Below you will find a list of all the Certificate of Achievement programs at Grossmont College intended to prepare students for Gainful Employment.  By clicking each link you can find additional information on the 2016-2017 program year for that particular certificate, including a description of the program, the cost of the program, graduation rates and employment opportunities.
