Business Communications Services

The Grossmont College Business Communications Services/Mail Center provides an extensive variety of services to the campus faculty, staff, and students by processing and monitoring reimbursements, expenditure requests, purchase requests, facility use rental requests, campus-wide travel arrangements, expenditure transfers, distribution of payroll checks, issuance and monitoring of campus keys and staff parking permits. This office also provides assistance to users of the college/district financial computer system (INSIGHT), purchase request processing, and budget transfer processing. The BCS Office staff coordinates and supports campus communications including the telephone system, voice message system, internal (College and District) mail, and external postal services. Faxing services is available and postage stamps may be purchased.

Regular Business Hours (Spring and Fall Semester):
Monday - Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Access card needed to enter building after 5:00p.m. Monday thru Friday.
During semester and school breaks, the BCS Office has a flexible schedule.
