These expressions and many more come from the fables of one the most famous and legendary storytellers of all time, Aesop.  Through his imaginative fables he illustrates our foibles, common sense, and humanity.  Beginning in Fall of 2011, The Grossmont College Theatre Arts Department Elementary Touring Show will present a collection of Aesop's Fables, brought to life through creative theatre, vocal chorus, narration, and audience participation.  Don't miss out on the whimsical wit and profound tales of master storyteller Aesop as our cast of animal characters explore life lessons for all ages!

With an uncle who is a small-time gangster, an aunt with the mentality of a child, and a formidable, steely grandmother who struggles to understand love, Artie and Jay are thrust into a crazy world that they must somehow survive. Will it be the longest ten months of their lives? Or will they all learn that “love” comes in many forms?
