Welcome to our Study Abroad program
This is an exciting time, one of
those times where
you will learn a great deal not only about other cultures and
peoples, but also about yourself. You will have the opportunity to
familiarize yourself with local cultures and traditions and develop
a deeper understanding of global citizenship. In addition, realize
that you are distinguishing yourself amongst
an elite few in the United States. Only 1% of the United States
higher education student population studies abroad. International
experience, global awareness and foreign language skills are very
important qualities in this new century and employers are looking
for
people with broad experiences.
