A business letter...

This letter may be addressed to an actor/actress, an orchestra member (or conductor), or a member of the production team (sound, lights, costumes, sets, house, etc.).[But not me...] You have a program--use the person's name. Address the envelope by name and title.

Tell him/her what you liked about his/her contribution. Do you have any helpful criticism? Questions? Tell him/her what your liked best about the play (perhaps s/he have had a chance to see the play and agree or disagree with you).

Do you have any comparisons that you would like to make with other productions that you have seen?

Thank him/her for his/her volunteer hours in making this performance enjoyable for you.
