Grossmont College Photo Club
The Grossmont College Photo Club is a member of the Associated Students of Grossmont College and is a non-profit whose mission is to support the instructional objectives of the Photography Program at Grossmont College. The Photo Emporium will be Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 9 am to 1 pm in front of the Digital Arts Building. It's a great opportunity to buy, swap or sell used photo equipment, meet other photographers and find that unique item you've been looking for at bargain prices. There's a silent auction to bid on students' photographs, drawings throughout the day to win photo equipment, fine art photographs by our recognized faculty, free passes to museums and galleries, coupons for fine dining and lots of other valuable prizes. All proceeds benefit student scholarships awarded at the Annual Student Showcase in the Hyde Art Gallery, Grossmont College.
