Instructions to Students On How to Access HESI Results and Remediation

1. Go to www.hesitest.com
2. Click on "move your exam results to Evolve"
3. Type in Department ID [196406] and Student ID [your social security number] then click next
4. Read terms and conditions. If you accept these, please click "I accept these terms and conditions" then click next.
5. If you have an Evolve account, please type in username and password and then click next. [You may have set up a username and password prior to taking your HESI exam.]
   1. If you do not have an Evolve account please click "I do not have an Evolve account" and create a password below. Then click next.
6. Please enter all required contact information then click next.
7. Please check whether you would like to receive promotional offers and then click next.
8. You will receive a confirmation page. Please click "Login to my Evolve"
9. Put login information in spaces on right hand side of page then click arrow button.
10. Click "Exam results and review material"
11. Select the exam that you would like to view results for.
12. Click "Specialty area results and review material"
