Healthcare Compliance Education for Students
There are a total of
3 post-tests (located at the end of documents) which
must be completed and returned to the nursing office:

Information
Security Basics (10 questions)
-
Privacy Module
Post-test (6 questions)
-
Compliance
Education ( 10 questions).
In addition, there
are 3 forms that must be completed, signed, and returned to
the nursing office:

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure agreement. (Make
sure to have your signature “witnessed”.

Code of Conduct
certification (Located at the end of the 4 part
Commitment to principles).

Health Trainee
Required Verification Form.
