Q. What do I do if I want to reduce my workload, and when do I need to do it?
A. You must complete a "Request for Reduction in Workload" form on which you will find instructions on how to complete and when to submit.
Q. How do I bank my overload? How do I use my previously banked LED?
A. You must complete a Payroll Services Banking Form, which can be found on the "Forms Depot" on the GCCCD website.
Q. How can I check enrollment for my class assignments?

Q. What do I do if I need to be absent?
- to attend a workshop, conference, intercollegiate activity
- for personal leave, jury duty, pregnancy & child care, military, disability, or bereavement leave
A. To attend a workshop, conference, or intercollegiate activity you need to complete a Request for Off Campus Attendance according to the District Travel Procedures.
For personal leave, jury duty, etc., you need to complete a Request for Leave of Absence form.
There are additional forms for which you will be responsible when you will be missing classes. These include the Classroom Coverage - Request to be Absent, a Payroll Notice of Absence, and a Substitute Timesheet.The classroom coverage form should be submitted with either the Request for Off Campus or the Request for Leave of Absence to designate which classes you will be missing, the name of the substitute (if applicable) or the alternate assignment.
