Equipment request must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to requested reservation date/time.
Step 1 of 7: Select your class section.
Step 2 of 7: Enter your name as registered ( First, Last) & e-mail address (for confirmation notice)
Step 3 of 7:
Enter a phone number (include area code) where you can be reached. (In case we need to contact you regarding this reservation).
Step 4 of 7: Please select the Video equipment you want to reserve.
ADVANCED SECTIONS ONLY
Step 5 of 7: Enter any request for additional support equipment (Ex: Lavalier mic, Handheld Mic, Lighting Kit, etc.)
Step 6 of 7: Enter date for reservation request. (example: 07/15/08)
Step 7 of 7: Verify your information (Incomplete or inaccurate request will not be processed)
