Meet my husband, Richard, and our granddaughter, Julia, born at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada
	This is our daughter, Richelle, becoming Mrs. Okada on July 25, 1999.
Our son, Jim, his wife, Jennifer, and our granddaughter, Julia, at Richelle and Kenshi's wedding reception.
	A male addition to the Blackman clan:  Jacob, also born at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada.
	Richard and I visited our grandchildren (then living on the Yokota Air Base in Japan) at Thanksgiving in 2001.
Our daughter and son-in-law visited us at Christmas in 2001, but then they returned...
	...to their teaching jobs in Kuwait.

Summer of 2002 finds the 4 J's visiting us in San Diego. 

Now we have another "J" in the Blackman family--Jill, born in Japan.

We managed to be with both our son AND daughter by traveling to Japan for Christmas, 2002.

Our cat, Carmel, loves shoes.
	He tries to keep me from working on Library chores at home.
In fact, Carmel demands my attention almost all the time.
