Exercise Science 004: Fitness for the 1st Timer


This course is designed for students who:
  • Have never exercised
  • Have very little exercise experience
  • Haven't exercised in a long time
  • Are recovering from an illness or injury
Instruction includes:
  • Proper use of equipment
  • Personalized exercise programming
  • Development of flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, core strength, and muscular endurance
  • Knowledge of basic nutrition, principles of fitness, and life-long health and wellness.
