Cashier's Office

The Grossmont College Cashier’s office is located in Building #10 Room 110. Transaction windows are located outside on the North side of the building (facing the LRC Tech Mall).

The Cashier office provides support services to students, faculty and staff. Payments for the following are accepted at the cashier office:

• Student enrollment and tuition fees
• Already ordered parking and student benefit cards from Credentials (Cash or check ONLY)
• Catalogs
• Parking citations
• Transcripts
• Library Fines and library replacements
• Typing Tests
• Test Proctoring
• AOJ Baton fees
• Field Trips
• Childcare for the Child Development Center
• Various Trust funds
• Other District miscellaneous funds

The Cashier office works with Admission & Records to see that the students' individual accounts are accurately posted.

Financial Aid and refund checks returned by the post office for bad addresses are also processed and disbursed from the cashier office.

Authorization forms from third parties are accepted at the Cashier windows. For example: Department of Rehabilitation, Military Tuition Assistance and various other sponsorships.

Direct Deposit Forms for financial aid are accepted and processed with the proper documents at the cashier windows.

Student Benefit cards may be picked up at the Student Activities Window located in Building #60 Room 116.
