The Grossmont
College Cashier's office provides support services to students,
faculty and staff. Student enrollment fees and tuition fees are
processed both on and off campus. Parking permits and student
benefit cards must be ordered on Web Advisor and will be mailed
directly to student within 3 business days. Student benefit
cards may also be purchased from the Web Advisor and will be
mailed prior to the start of the semester or may be purchased at
the Association Students Office located on the North side of the
Student Center building. Catalogs are sold at the college
cashier's window. Payments are receipted for parking citations,
transcripts, library fines and replacements, typing tests,
culinary arts material fees, test proctoring, AOJ Baton fees,
field trips, and childcare for the Child Development Center.
Various trust funds and district miscellaneous funds are
receipted through the cashier office.
The Cashier's office works in conjunction
with Admissions and Records office to see that the students'
individual accounts are accurately posted. Financial Aid and
refund checks that are returned for bad address are processed
and disbursed also. Deferred payments are processed and
monitored through the Cashier's office. Authorization forms for
the Dept. of Rehab, Military Tuition Assistance are accepted at
the cashier office.
