Chemistry 115 (Fundamentals of Chemistry) (4 units)
Must Include Lab
One year of High School Chemistry is equivalent to Chem 115
Biology 144 and 145 - Anatomy & Physiology I and II (or equivalent)
OR
Biology 140 (Anatomy) 141 (Physiology) or equivalent
Total (minimum) units = 8
Must Include Lab
All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of "C" or better.  It is recommended these courses be completed within the past seven years.  One Biology course must be completed prior to submitting an application.
