Department Chairs
- The majority of evaluation packets will be
delivered to your office after the 3rd week of classes. Packets
for 1st year-tenure track instructors are delivered week 6.
- Please send a list of designated peers
for all evaluees to the Faculty Evaluations Office and your
dean's office. If a peer change is made, please make certain to
forward that information on to the Faculty Evaluations Office.
- Please have all student components for the
spring 2013
semester returned before
May 1, 2013.
- If you are scheduled to
be evaluated this semester your packets may be sent to your dean
upon his/her request.
