Blackboard/WebCT Request
Information for Online/Hybrid Instructors
To provide better service for faculty and students, we have changed the Blackboard and WebCT process to better accommodate the increasing demand for containers and student roster uploads. All requests will now be made through the web site and automatically routed to the appropriate IS staff for fulfillment.

Note: You must have had experience using Blackboard or WebCT or have taken a Blackboard workshop (WebCT workshops are no longer offered) before you request a container.

We would like to receive container requests as soon as possible. When the container is ready, IS will email you with your container ID, user name, and password.

Thanks for your cooperation as we make improvements in this important process. If you have questions, please call the IS Help Desk at 619-644-7547.
