Outside Agency Scholarships
- Have your scholarship sponsor send your scholarship funds/check along
with a memo that includes your name and social security number to the
Scholarship Office.
- When your funds are received at the college, you will receive an award
letter from Financial Aid which will include your disbursement date.

Golden State Scholarshare Scholarships
- Complete a Golden State Scholarshare Qualified Withdraw Form.
Please remember to print clearly and sign the form. If you are under the
age of 18, your parent must also sign the form.

- Send your withdraw form directly to the Golden State Scholarshare
Program. The address is listed on the withdraw form.
- When your funds are received at the college, you will receive an award
letter from Financial Aid which will include your disbursement date.

Americorps
- Complete a Americorps Voucher and Payment Request Form. Please
remember to print clearly and sign the form. Submit your completed
Americorps Voucher to the Financial Aid office for official processing.
- When your funds are received at the college, you will receive an award
letter from Financial Aid which will include your disbursement date.
