Applying to be a Computer Tutor
Most computer tutor positions are filled during week one of each
semester. Computer tutors must be able to show students how to
- use a computer
- use Microsoft Word
- open and save files to a disk
- troubleshoot computers
- help students with English grammar software
- answer the various questions (non-English grammar related) that
students pose.
The ideal computer tutor should have completed some CSIS or BOT
classes related to computer operation and Microsoft Office. Also,
computer tutors must have a good command of the English language.
