After you find the program you want, contact the office that administers the program and find out how to apply.

University of Buffalo, The State University of New York covers self-help materials from time management and text anxiety to relationships to drug abuse.

University of Illinois at Urbana A self-help site.

University at Albany, SUNY has articles written by undergraduate students of the middle earth peer assistance program to "help college students cope with matters of success and survival."
