Who Is Eligible?

You may qualify by one or more of the following:  A single parent; A displaced homemaker; A single pregnant woman; Low-Income (qualify for fee waiver); Academically under prepared AND you must be enrolled in a vocational major leading to a certificate, associate degree OR skills upgrade.  (To determine what is a vocational major contact our staff.)

How Do I Apply for New Horizons?

Come to Room 622 for an application, or call 619-644-7552 to request one to be sent to you.
