Scholars Receive Checks at Foundation Breakfast

Twenty-nine Grossmont College students received more than $19,450 in scholarships awarded at the September 9 Scholarship Breakfast sponsored by the Grossmont College Foundation. We are particularly pleased to note that four of the recipients are students who work in the LTRC as tutors.

In prior years, this event had been scheduled annually in the Spring. These are now semi-annual events, held early in the semester, making it possible for students to receive their scholarship checks when they can most use the money.
