From the gold bar of submenus on the left
side, click on HIPAA [towards bottom of left-hand column].

In the middle of the next page, find and click
on the fourth module entitled “HIPAA Privacy for Healthcare
Providers”. [It is a 38-slide PowerPoint
presentation.] Complete this module [about 15
minutes].

The last page of the module [slide 38] is an
acknowledgment form [“the certificate] that can be printed,
signed and returned to the clinical instructor for
completion of the chart below. Print and
complete only the last page. [Note: There is
no post-test.]
