UCSD Extension Course number X480 is acceptable (without a lab) if the student also has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from an accredited college/university.

All of the above science courses must have a lab.

Some colleges have course prerequisites that must be met prior to entry into their anatomy or anatomy/physiology courses.  Check with the respective college.
